Please watch this clip so you get a better understanding about what happened https://www.twitch.tv/videos/773605369?t=05h06m37s it starts on 05h 06m 37s
I was solo queuing [bloodhound] and I got a silver player with me and apparently he was cheating since he wiped out a full squad of the most popular streamers.
When I saw that I told him "Yo trash, stop ruining the game" (You see me in the video standing-still typing...) and then I left the cheater and the other guy alone.
The problem that Lulu the streamer gave the developer "Hideout" my name instead of the cheater's name and then she relized that, then after 15 mintues I got my account banned.
The developer response on the streamer's chat: "Account's banned", it was Saturday and 5 AM in Europe and she hopped that the developer is awake, apparently he was awake, but drunk enough to ban my account instead of the cheater's account then he sent her some hearts and went to sleep.
I have contacted EA and they said there's no ban on your account and they gonna look on that. then I have got an email saying that I was cheating, I'm season 6 / 3 predator with more than 30,000 kills you said I was cheating and in the video everything's clear. the streamer gave my name mistakenly to the developer, in your email you said I was cheating without giving any proof.
I'm going to escalate the case to a local court providing all the required documents including my pc and screenshots of your developer sending 'hearts' to the streamer showing the personal connection between the developer and the streamer, and treating her as not as a normal player the same as us. do you really call that fair? isn't the streamer just a normal player like me? is everyone really equal to EA? if so, give us that developer number as "Lulu" so we can message him when we get a cheater. Because as a predator I have got killed a thousand times in ranked games by a bronze player. The question remains: why streamers have that golden ban button and we're not?
