YSK if you are ever training someone on something new, you should teach them how to fix a mistake at every step of the process.

Having worked a lot of different jobs, I've been trained on a lot of new and different things.

When someone's new, paying attention to every word and motion of what you are doing is impossible.

With your experience, it seems straight forward, but for someone new, the details are completely lost. The new person is absolutely going to mess up, but that doesn't mean they haven't learned what the end result should be or look like.

If you show them how to fix a mistake as part of the training process, you don't have to constantly retrain them or run back to help them when they make a mistake.
